Appledore Lettings, on Fore Street in the attractive estuary town, is now part of Collyers, the award-winning, family-owned estate and lettings agency, and rebranding of the office fascia’s, marketing material and advertising boards with the Collyers’ distinctive purple and lime colours is now underway. 

With a portfolio of around 350 managed properties in and around the Barnstaple and Bideford areas of North Devon, Collyers has been letting property since 2011 and has a growing bank of loyal landlords and tenants. Collyers’ team of reliable and efficient property professionals has oodles of experience and every member is highly trained in every aspect of caring for property, particularly in the ever-expanding accumulation of lettings legislation.

Collyers has retained two staff members in the Kingsbridge office – Nadine MacLennan, who has now been promoted to the position of branch manager, and Corinne Mcdonnel-Purbrick. James Collyer, owner of the trio of branches, is spending a considerable amount of time in Kingsbridge to ensure a smooth transition for landlord and tenant clients, and is in the process of adding to the team.

Collyers’ acquisition of Appledore Lettings has expanded its portfolio to over 400 properties, stretching across North Devon and the whole of South Hams.
