Hawaiian is a lovely timber themed holiday chalet set in a nice spot on it's own on Riviere Towans. Pristine chalet developed with care and attention to detail. Freehold with dirct access to the beach.

Properties at Riviere Towans are restricted and can be occupied from the 1st April (or a week before Good Friday, whichever is earliest) to 31st October and from the 15th December – 4th January. Outside of these dates the properties can be used from 8:00am to 10:00pm.

Properties at Riviere Towans can be extended to a maximum size of 680 sq ft. £400 for each extension up to 600 sq ft. and £35 per sq ft for the additional area up to 680 sq ft. The current size of D04 Hawaiian is approximately 625sq.ft
It was completely refurbished; roof completely replaced with cedar wood tiles, all internal walls replaced- mainly with T&G wood panelling, and insulation added using sheeps wool throughout (walls and ceiling). Ensuite bathroom added to main bedroom, wall in bedroom upholstered with cotton linen fabric. New wiring, plumbing, water tank, wall lights added, mixer shower in bathroom. We used the original wooden floorboards, scrubbed and oiled them to make the living room wall, apple crates brought at auction were used to make the opposite internal wall and were also used to make the kitchen counter.
