COVID-19 VIEWING PROCEDURES -VIRTUAL TOUR:
For the safety and well being of the staff and customers of Collyers Properties, and in keeping with the governments social distancing guidelines we are unable to offer our standard viewing service whereby a member of staff meets you at the property and shows you around.
For the time being we are offer a virtual viewing service. A link is provided on all portals and our website to a virtual tour. If you call us on our office number a member of staff will be delighted to accompany you over the phone while you are virtually viewing the property and we can answer any questions you may have. All our applications, referencing and contracts are done online so there is no need to meet in person throughout the letting process and all can be done from the comfort of your safe place.
